TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE

1. Any reference to "Label - iT" is deemed to be the business of that name.
2. All work undertaken is done so upon the basis that no copyright laws etc., are breached by so doing.
3. Quantities may vary and we reserve the right to a 10% tolerance on same.
4. The payment terms are 30 days nett from date of invoice, unless agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Label - iT.
5. Unless an approved account holder all orders including Artwork are not commenced until paid for in full either by credit card (This can be done via telephone) or by cheque following Pro forma invoice.
6. Label - iT will give 30 days free credit (to approved account holders), statements are not sent out unless requested in writing. All accounts over 45 days old will incur interest at 5% over Bank base rate and charges will be made for collection of debt. Only one reminder letter is sent, if this does not result in payment, the account will be passed to our collection agency for immediate action.
7. Due to the varying print processes, colours and materials may vary, but we will do all humanly possible to match specifications, but accept no liability should a true match not be achieved.
8. Artwork, plates, cutters, origination and delivery are all chargeable to the customer and will be shown on the invoice. VAT will be charged at the current rate.
9. Delivery will be to one UK address and charged, unless varied at the time of order by Label - iT.
10. Delivery times given are estimates and in cases of breakdown due to machine failure or other reasons beyond our control, Label - iT will not be liable due to late delivery.
11. Proofs when supplied are to be checked carefully. If amendments or alterations are required these must be clearly stated in writing. Once proof is accepted, liability for errors or omissions passes to the customer. No work will be carried out without artwork approval .
12. We reserve the right to alter amend or add to these terms and conditions without notice. Copies of current terms are on display at our premises or available by request.
13. The employees of Label - iT will always give their best advice, Label - iT accepts no liability should the finished item not be suitable for the application selected by the customer, unless a written guarantee is issued by an authorised representative of Label - iT.
14. All work undertaken by Label - iT is done so according to these terms, placing an order with ourselves is taken to be acceptance of said terms.
15. These terms will not be waived by customers terms and conditions of purchase. Deletion or alteration to our terms are not acceptable.
16. All goods remain the property of Label - iT until paid for in full.
